Thinking of joining the HAPY Egyptology Society ?

  • We are a friendly group of  like minded people with a passion for Egyptian History and Culture and are based in the Yorkshire Region.
  • Our “in-person” lecture evenings are all held bi-monthly on Saturday’s from 4pm at the Cooper Gallery in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.

 

  • Non-Members are also very welcome at any of our “in-person” lectures, although our existing members receive a discount on the ticket price.
  • Membership runs from January to January each year at a cost of:
    • £15 for an Individual 
    • £20 for a Couple
  • There is a pro-rata Membership fee for new members joining after January which reduces each quarter.

  • Once joined you’ll be provided with a membership card, and a Username & Password to access the member-only sections of our website.

  • Access to the Society’s Library.
    • Books can be viewed and reserved online, for collection at the next lecture.

 

  • Invitation to free online member lead, Bi-Monthly Presentations / Lectures

 

  • Invitation to Society “Away-Days”
    • e.g. Museums visits with “behind the scenes” access and private tours.

 

  • Invitation to join the  Society’s  fully escorted “Grand Tours”
